Everton have reportedly just had a bid rejected for West Ham United January transfer target Dango Ouattara.
That’s according to a report from Ouest France who claim that Everton lodged a €20 million (£18 million) bid for the 20-year-old – one that has been rejected by Lorient.

David Moyes desperately needs to bolster his wide attacking ranks at the London Stadium before the January transfer window slams shut.
Ouattara would have been the perfect addition to Moyes’s Hammers squad, but it seems as though he definitely wont come cheap…
Everton have bid rejected for winger
The Toffees have had a £18 million bid rejected for Hammers target Dango Ouattara according to a report from Ouest France.
That is a blow for West Ham because Ouattara would be a great signing for us, but funds are very tight at the London Stadium his month.
The 20-year-old has bags of pace and potential, and is exactly the type of player who Moyes should be targeting.

The 10-capped Burkina Faso international has been in fine form in Ligue 1 this season, with six goals and six assists to his name in 17 games so far (Transfermarkt).
Ouattara can play literally anywhere along the front-line and would add so much to Moyes’s options in the final third.
He has been described as a prodigy by Foot The Ball, and they’re not wrong, he really is an exceptional young talent.
Given West Ham’s current financial situation, Everton’s rejected bid for Ouattara probably means that we wont have any chance of signing him this month. And that’s a real shame in my opinion.
