That’s according to a report from ESPN who suggest that Lingard is one of numerous Manchester United stars who feel as though certain promises have been broken.

That can only be good news for the Hammers.

West Ham boss David Moyes is desperate to bring Lingard back to the London Stadium in January according to The Daily Mail and club insiders Claret and Hugh.

Lingard was quite simply brilliant for the Hammers during a four-month loan spell in East London last season.

Jesse bagged nine goals and four assists in 16 Premier League games for West Ham.

Moyes would love the 28-year-old back at the London Stadium in January and so would the Hammers fans. It seems as though the chances of that happening are getting better by the day.

Jesse Lingard has a problem with Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

ESPN reckons that Jesse has actually questioned the Red Devils boss about his lack of game-time.

Lingard is allegedly one of numerous Man United players who feel misled about their prospects of playing this season.

The 32-capped England international has played just 154 minutes for Manchester United across eight games in all competitions. That clearly isn’t enough for a player with Jesse’s talent and ambitions.

A return to West Ham in January is surely the ideal solution for all parties involved.

Manchester united allegedly want around £10 million for the 28-year-old. For that price, we should just be getting it done, no questions asked.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer continues to ignore Jesse Lingard from the bench. Meanwhile, West Ham lack the kind of strength in depth that we need in the attacking department.

David Moyes absolutely loves Lingard and recently labelled him as an ‘incredible’ player (Claret and Hugh). Surely there will be only one outcome in January regarding the Man United ace’s situation…
