A triple transfer update from a close confidant of majority owner David Sullivan will leave West Ham fans giddy with excitement.
It has been over three weeks since West Ham last made a signing.
That lull has led has sparked concern among Hammers fans with the club searching for another five signings as part of the major rebuild for Julen Lopetegui.
But like London buses, now three new arrivals could be set to come along at once.
West Ham technical director Tim Steidten has faced scrutiny from some of late.
The German has been a fan favourite since arriving last summer. So much so he even has his own terrace chant.
Sullivan confidant’s triple West Ham transfer update
A lack of signings since the arrival of Max Kilman had seen Steidten criticised, though.
Transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano defended West Ham’s Steidten yesterday. He said the perceived ‘scattergun’ approach was actually all part of the club’s clever new approach to transfers.
West Ham want to sign a new striker, another centre-back, a versatile right-back, left-sided attacker and a central midfielder to complete their revamp.
Talks have been held over Man United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Dortmund’s Niclas Fullkrug, Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran and Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville.
In a Hammers News exclusive this morning, the top spokesman at West Ham confirmed talks are ongoing regarding Wan-Bissaka, Fullkrug and others.
The club confirmed Steidten is in Germany negotiating for Fullkrug. But the spokesman stated ‘sadly no deals were close’ at that time.
Now a close confidant of majority owner David Sullivan has issued a triple transfer update.

News about deals for trip will leave West Ham fans giddy
And it will leave West Ham fans giddy with excitement.
Sean Whetstone counts Sullivan and vice-chair Karren Brady as close contacts.
The Hammers insider has taken to social media to deliver a tantalising update that West Ham are indeed closing in on deals for Wan-Bissaka, Fullkrug and the Championship’s best player, Summerville.
“West Ham are in advanced talks for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Niclas Fullkrug and Crysencio Summerville according to club sources.”
What a turnaround this would be for West Ham’s window.
And vindication for that man Steidten.
If the Irons can get these three deals over the line, it would transform West Ham into genuine contenders for the European spots.
Lopetegui plans to use Lucas Paqueta in a more central role alongside Edson Alvarez.
The Spaniard wants Mohammed Kudus ahead of them in his own preferred central attacking midfield position.
So the prospect of that trio being flanked by Summerville and Jarrod Bowen with experienced marksman Fullkrug up top is scintillating.
Attentions would then turn to a centre-back partner for Kilman. And word is the Hammers are trying again for Jean-Clair Todibo.
The Hammers could be on the verge of a 10/10 transfer window if the club can get these deals over the line.
Exciting times ahead and talk of a restricted budget are a distant memory.
