Claret and Hugh claim that getting the 28-year-old signed up permanently from Manchester United is the issue that the Scot wants to get settled first and foremost.
Jesse was sensational for West Ham after joining on loan from Man United at the end of January.
The 28-capped England international racked up an incredible nine goals and four assists in just 16 Premier League games for the East London outfit.
The Man United owned ace played a key role in the Hammers ending up in sixth spot in the table.
Signing him permanently in the summer will be pivotal to our hopes of achieving success on all fronts this summer.
