West Ham United midfielder reportedly could be sold this summer.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, West Ham manager David Moyes is on the hunt for numerous new signings in the summer transfer window, but there could be plenty of outgoings as well.
The summer transfer window has been an absolute disaster so far for the Hammers. We’ve lost key players like Declan Rice and Manuel Lanzini, whilst Gianluca Scamacca and Aaron Cresswell appear to be nearing an exit as well.

In addition to that, Michail Antonio is a reported transfer target for Everton.
Moyes is still yet to bring any new signings through the door this summer.
And now it is being claimed that another West Ham stalwart could be on his way out of the club…
David Moyes could sell £15m West Ham midfielder in the summer transfer window
The Daily Mail claim that Tomas Soucek could be sold before the transfer window slams shut.
And if West Ham manage to bring in the likes of James Ward-Prowse, Scott McTominay and/or Edson Alvarez then I just don’t really see a future for the 28-year-old midfielder at the London Stadium.
Signed for £15 million in the summer of 2020 after a four month loan spell with the club (Daily Mail), Soucek has actually been a very good player for us, in spite of his shaky form over the past year or so.

However, I strongly believe that West Ham will improve massively as a footballing side when he leaves the club, and someone with better technical ability replaces him in the starting XI.
Soucek will be out of contract with the Hammers in the summer of 2024, although the club do have the option of extending that deal by a further 12 months.
So if West Ham are going to sell the former Slavia Prague man in the summer transfer window, now would be the time to do it.
As long as Moyes manages to bring in at least two top-class central midfielders, then I believe the Scot can afford to let Soucek leave no problem at all.
