The Hammers and Everton both want to bring the 30-year-old Welshman back to the Premier League according to Calcio Mercato and Tutto Mercato Web.
The 61-capped Wales international joined Juventus from Arsenal on a free transfer in the summer of 2019.
It seems as though he could now be heading back to England, however.

And West Ham may well be his preferred destination.
That’s according to Calcio Mercato. Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti would love someone as technically gifted as Aaron Ramsey amongst his squad at Goodison Park.
Blow for Everton with Aaron Ramsey allegedly leaning towards West Ham
If the Toffees do miss out to the Hammers on the Juve ace’s signature, if will be a big blow for them.
The 30-year-old has outstanding technically ability. He also possesses an uncanny knack of arriving into the penalty area at the perfect time.

Ramsey’s ability to score goals and create for others is something that both West Ham and Everton really could do with in the middle of the park.
The former Arsenal ace is on huge wages at Juventus, thought to be around £200k-a-week Calcio Mercato.
That may well be too much for the Hammers to stretch to. If Ramsey really is keen to move to the London Stadium, however, he might just be open to the idea of taking a wage-cut.
And if West Ham qualify for Europe this season, we will be in a great position to beat Everton to the Welshman’s signature in the summer.
Whether Aaron Ramsey is a player David Moyes should be pursuing considering his poor injury record, however, is another matter entirely.
