West Ham made a huge error by not signing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, with Liverpool and Manchester United now chasing his signature.
That’s according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport (print edition November 11th, page 10) who claim that both Liverpool and Manchester United are eyeing up moves for the €100 million (£88 million) rated winger.
Unfortunately for Moyes though, he rejected the chance to sign the exceptional Napoli winger for a bargain fee from Rubin Kazan a couple of years ago (The Express).

That now looks like a terrible move from the Scot, with Liverpool and Manchester United eyeing up blockbuster moves to sign the 19-capped Georgia international.
Moyes has history with missing out on some great players, including the likes of James Maddison.
But his failure to sign Kvaratskhelia takes the biscuit…
West Ham left with huge regret as Liverpool and Manchester United line up Khvicha Kvaratskhelia moves
The two Premier League giants are closely watching the Napoli star ahead of potential £88 million moves to sign him according to Gazzetta dello Sport (print edition November 11th, page 10).

The talented youngster has been described as an ‘outstanding talent’ by former USSR international Vladimir Pilguy (MKRU).
Kvaratskhelia can play anywhere along the front-line and possesses unbelievable technique.
The Georgian ace is well on his way to becoming one of the very best, most exciting attacking players in world football.
Manchester United or Liverpool signing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia will highlight the huge mistake that West Ham made a couple of years ago.
And it will be yet further evidence that our scouting department was almost entirely non-existent at the time.
