There has been a big update on West Ham deals for Carlos Soler and a defensive duo with 10 days left of the summer transfer window.

West Ham have been linked with the likes of Soler, Jhon Duran, Samu Omorodion, Tammy Abraham, Arnau Martinez, Trevoh Chalobah and many more.
Lopetegui got his West Ham tenure off to a disappointing start with the 2-1 defeat at home to Aston Villa at the weekend.
While there were glimpses of improvement, what was clear to many is that some of West Ham’s old guard are no longer up to the required standard given the rise in quality in the squad.

Many West Ham fans feel Lopetegui still needs further options in midfield and up front.
It has been confirmed West Ham ideally want to bring in a young, pacy forward to compete with Niclas Fullkrug.
With the medium to long-term uncertainty over Lucas Paqueta and misgivings regarding the contribution of both James Ward-Prowse and Tomas Soucek in open play, another midfielder is said to be on the agenda too.
West Ham’s new head coach has reportedly spoken to fellow Spaniard Soler about joining him at the London Stadium.
PSG appeared to drop a big hint over Soler’s future at the weekend.
Speculation has intensified that West Ham are close to sealing a deal for Soler.
A club spokesman told Hammers News last night that West Ham are trying to offload players so they can do a deal for Soler.
“At the moment the need to balance the books for PSR means Soler can’t be done,” the spokesman told Hammers News.

Dubai agent working on West Ham exits which will unlock Soler
Foot Mercato has confirmed what Hammers News told you last night – a deal for Soler is far from being finalised.
But talks are progressing well over a loan with a mandatory obligation to buy at between £15-17m.
“Lopetegui particularly appreciates Soler’s profile and would therefore like to count on his services for this 2024/2025 season,” the report states.
“And the discussions are progressing well. According to our information, the deal is still far from being finalized, but the two clubs are currently negotiating the outlines of a loan with a mandatory purchase option of more than €20 million (£17m).
“This would be a nice move for Paris, which had paid around €18 million (£15m) in 2022 to snatch Soler from Valencia.”
Key to Soler arriving at West Ham will be one or two players leaving.
The Hammers are keen to offload Kurt Zouma, Nayef Aguerd, Maxwel Cornet and Danny Ings.
And work continues to ship out close friends Zouma and Aguerd.
That’s according to David Sullivan confidant Sean Whetstone.
Taking to social media, Whetstone says the key to the exits of big earners Zouma and Aguerd is Dubai.
“Hammers Kurt Zouma and Nayef are now both represented by Cantera Sports Agency,” Whetstone said.
“Dubai based Cantera agent Mounir Sidhoum is reaching out to middle east clubs to try to find the pair a new club.”
The sooner that happens the better.
It is thought that shedding Zouma’s £125k per week wages will be key to sealing a loan with obligation deal for 27-year-old all-rounder Soler.
The former Valencia man, who can play in defensive or attacking midfield roles and takes a mean set-piece, is on around £78,000 per week at PSG.
