West Ham allegedly want to sign Omar Colley this summer. We could have our work cut-out, however, with respected Italian journalist Nicolo Schira having claimed that Leeds United have made an enquiry for the Sampdoria ace.

Hammers boss David Moyes will be keen to bolster his central defensive department at the London Stadium this summer.
Whites boss Marcelo Bielsa will be in the same boat at Elland Road.
Club Doria 46 recently claimed that one of West Ham’s top defensive targets is Sampdoria ace Omar Colley.
The Hammers may face a real battle ahead, however, if they are to sign the towering 28-year-old centre-back.

West Ham to be challenged by Leeds for Omar Colley?
Italian journalist Nicolo Schira has claimed that Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa has made an enquiry for the 24-capped Gambia international.
And Sampdoria allegedly could accept a fee as little as €10 million (£8.7 million) for Colley:
The Italian journalist made a name for himself amongst the Hammers fans back in the summer of 2019 when he broke the news of Sebastien Haller joining West Ham.
So the Italian clearly knows his stuff.
His claim on Colley should excite Leeds fans. That kind of fee for the defender would represent a huge bargain for whichever club wins the race for his signature.

With his powerful and imposing physique, the 6ft 3in centre-back seems to be ideally suited to the robust nature of the Premier League.
In 22 Serie A appearances for Sampdoria this season, Colley has averaged 0.8 tackles, 2.4 interceptions, 4.6 clearances and 0.9 blocks per game. He has also won an average of 2.9 aerial duals per match (Who Scored).
The 28-year-old is a truly trop class centre-back. He would be the absolutely perfect addition for West Ham this summer. If Leeds manage to win the race for Colley’s signature, however, it would be a big blow for David Moyes.
