The 25-year-old joined the Hammers from Brentford on a season-long loan in October. And the east London outfit have an obligation to buy the Algerian for £25 million next summer (Goal).
Said Benrahma is already looking like an unreal signing for West Ham. And we did really well to sign the winger.

Arsenal wanted the Brentford man according to 90 Min and The Sun.
Fortunately for us, however, we beat the Gunners to the punch.
It is clearly something that hasn’t gone down too well in north London.
Some Arsenal fans questioned why Mikel Arteta didn’t bring Said Benrahma to the Emirates last night…
The Algerian wing wizard is the player we have been missing since Dimitri Payet left for Marseille in January 2017.
Beating a club like Arsenal to his signature is a huge thing. And the Gunners’ alleged interest in Said Benrahma just goes to show what an incredible talent we have on our hands.

The former Brentford man, who earns £50k-a-week (Claret and Hugh) can achieve anything he wants at the London Stadium.
Thank God he’s strutting his stuff at West Ham and not Arsenal. When crowds are allowed back into stadiums, the 25-year-old is the sort of player who will be getting them off their seats.
And we should be very grateful that he will be doing that at the London Stadium rather than the Emirates.
