The Sunday Mirror (May 23rd, page 74) claims that David Moyes wants to bring the 23-year-old Spartak Moscow midfielder to the London Stadium this summer.

Moyes has little in reserve, however, aside from the ageing Mark Noble.

Alex Kral would be superb for West Ham

In 29 league outings for Spartak Moscow this season, The Czech Republic international has registered five assists and has averaged 1.5 tackles, 1.8 interceptions, 0.8 clearances and 0.8 dribbles per game. During those appearances, he has made 56 passes per match on average with a completion rate of 81% (Who Scored).

Kral began his career as a defender but he has evolved into a midfielder. He is apt at playing the holding role but he can perform central midfield box-to-box duties with aplomb as well.

At 23, the Spartak Moscow ace has many years left ahead of him.

The Sunday Mirror (May 23rd, page 74) claims that Kral could be picked up for around £14 million this summer. That would be truly exceptional value for the Hammers.

David Moyes should not hesitate to bring the 23-year-old to the London Stadium for that kind of fee.
