An agent has slammed David Moyes on social media over a double transfer snub following the signings of absolutely an key West Ham duo.

Things looked to be settling down for David Moyes after much-needed back-to-back wins for West Ham in the last week.

But now the Hammers boss is taking shots from an influential figure within the game.

Speculation continues to swirl over the future of Moyes at West Ham beyond this season.

Agent slams Moyes on social media over duo

Last week we spoke to the top source inside West Ham about Moyes’ situation.

And the contact emphatically denied Moyes will be sacked labelling such talk ‘rubbish’.

But that does not change the fact the Scot is in the last year of his Hammers contract. And with question marks over the style, approach and Moyes’ transfer dealings, reports abound it will not be renewed.

Moyes has made it clear he wants to continue as West Ham boss.

But with Tim Steidten pulling the recruitment strings now as technical director, the last thing he needs is another influential figure close to majority owner David Sullivan speaking out against him and his staff.

‘It’s so sad’

An agent has slammed Moyes on social media over a double transfer snub following the signings of an absolutely key West Ham duo.

Tomas Soucek and Lucas Paqueta are undeniably two of West Ham’s most important players. Paqueta has scored in West Ham’s last three Europa League games and both he and Soucek notched in the win over Forest at the weekend.

Now agent Barry Silkman has not only claimed he was key to signing both for the Hammers.

But that he claims Moyes has snubbed thanking him for making the deals happen, with zero acknowledgement coming his way.

Silky Paqueta in more ways than one

As reported by Claret and Hugh, Silkman took to Facebook to air his greivances.

“With Lucas Paqueta when I brought him to West Ham, he is without doubt by far the best player they have,” Silkman said.

“It’s so sad you know not one person in the management team have ever said Silky you did a great job getting him here. Not one word ever.

“I also took Tomas Soucek there as well. Both deals were very, very difficult for different reasons and I can say with my hand on my heart no one at West Ham would have got either over the line. Never had a well done Silks for Thomas either. Good to be appreciated!”
