The upcoming season is an incredibly important one for Holland.
The Hammers winger is 23 now, so it really is now or never.
Holland is out of contract at the London Stadium next summer. So he doesn’t have long left to convince David Moyes that he is worthy of a new deal.

The 23-year-old looked pretty good against Dundee at Dens Park yesterday.
Jarrod Bowen really impressed by West Ham ace’s display
Holland put in a stand-out display. He looked very fit and sharp considering it was the first game of the Hammers’ pre-season campaign.
Bowen spoke to WHUFC.com and raved about Nathan Holland’s display:

“You look at Nathan Holland in the first half and he was really bright and lively, and that’s been a feature all week of the younger lads who have been given the opportunity to come here with us.”
Premier League football will obviously be a huge step up from yesterday’s level.
Holland certainly has the talent needed to succeed, however. The 23-year-old is a great dribbler and has bags of pace.
Whether he is given ample opportunities to shine this season remains to be seen.
One thing’s for sure, yesterday’s display against Dundee wouldn’t have done him any harm whatsoever.
