Manuel Lanzini must be someone who David Moyes is seriously considering starting for the Tottenham vs West Ham clash.
West Ham United are in desperate need of all three points against Tottenham this weekend.

Moyes is under real pressure at the moment, with his West Ham team currently sitting in 16th spot in the Premier League table, just two points clear of the relegation zone.

However, there have been signs of improvement in recent weeks, and if we take the game to Spurs, there is no reason why we can’t get a result.
The Hammers are missing numerous key players because of injury though, including Lucas Paqueta. And I believe that it’s time Moyes brought one player in particular in from the cold…
David Moyes should start Manuel Lanzini for Tottenham vs West Ham clash
The 30-year-old has been really left out in the cold this season, especially when it comes to the Premier League.
The Argentinian ace made 30 Premier League appearances for West Ham last season, compared to just five this term. He was given 1787 minutes in the league last season and so far this term, he has just 122 minutes of league action to his name (Transfermarkt).
Lanzini recently took to Instagram, seemingly to share his dismay at his lack of minutes.
I don’t blame him either. He has incredible technique and vision and is arguably our most composed player when in possession of the football.

With Lucas Paqueta out injured this weekend, we will need someone in the middle of the park to get on the ball and keep possession for us, especially when we are under the cosh.
Lanzini really impressed during his recent cameo appearance against Derby County in the FA Cup. He looked incredibly sharp and his energy levels were mightily impressive.
In my opinion, we need someone like Manu in the team for the Tottenham vs West Ham clash, in order to have some kind of control in the middle of the park.
However, whether David Moyes thinks the same way remains to be seen.
