West Ham will have to pay £25 million if they want to sign Kurt Zouma from Chelsea this summer according to a report from 90 Min.

The Evening Standard claimed a couple of days ago that the Hammers had re-opened talks to sign the 26-year-old.
That’s in spite of the fact that West Ham are allegedly still pushing to sign Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina.
Zouma would undoubtedly be a fine addition for the Hammers. The East London outfit laying out £25 million on the Frenchman just doesn’t make any sense, however.
If we are struggling to secure a £14 million deal to sign Milenkovic, why on earth would we be so happy to complete a £25 million deal for Zouma?
West Ham signing Zouma doubtful
The Champions League winning central defender looks set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
Now, we would absolutely love him at West Ham.
In 24 Premier League outings for Chelsea last season, Zouma averaged 0.7 tackles, 1.2 interceptions and 3.8 clearances per game. He also won an average of 3.6 aerial duels per match (Who Scored).
Some have questioned the Frenchman’s passing ability but his stats last season dispel the myth that he isn’t great with the ball at his feet.
The 26-year-old made 74 passes on average per game last season and recorded a mightily impressive completion rate of 90.9% (Who Scored).
We just can’t see the West Ham board playing anywhere near £25 million for Zouma. Why would they if a £14 million deal to sign Milenkovic is proving so difficult to get over the line?

Hopefully we manage to sign the Serbian. If Moyes manages to bring Zouma to the London Stadium as well it would be a big bonus…and a hugely surprising one at that.
