It has been quiet on the West Ham front this week with the players and media team perhaps realising fans want less words and more action.
And West Ham stars were keeping mum in a video of their training session before heading to Larnaca for last 16 European clash.
But in this case quite literally as the Hammers marked International Women’s Day in the session.
West Ham marked the day by paying tribute to the inspirational women in their lives with captain Declan Rice and his teammates sporting tops emblazoned with names of the women dearest to them, most of which read ‘mum’ or ‘mama’.
Sky Sports was at the training ground filming with Rice turning his back to the camera to point to the tribute to his own mum on the training top.
You can see the video in the post below.

West Ham also posted a picture gallery on the club’s official website.
Celebrated on Wednesday 8 March, IWD marks the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, while also seeking to accelerate the push for gender equality.
“Fifteen members of the squad paid tributes to their mothers, including captain Declan Rice, Nayef Aguerd and Pablo Fornals,” West Ham said on the club’s website.
“Striker Michail Antonio, meanwhile, picked out 23-time Grand Slam tennis champion Serena Williams as his inspirational figure.”
