West Ham star Gianluca Scamacca has signed up with Gareth Bale super agent Jonathan Barnett and CAA Stellar.
Back in February West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca made headlines after a split from the agents who brokered his move to the London Stadium.
The Italian was dropped by the firm World Soccer Agency.
A statement about a parting of the ways between WSA and the West Ham man read: “World Soccer Agency formally ends its working relationship with Gianluca Scamacca.
“Although the player express a desire to continue working together there was no longer the trust necessary for a healthy professional relationship.
“We thank the player for his time spent with WSA, and wish him all the best for the future.”
The situation sparked speculation that Scamacca was trying to engineer a move away from the Hammers after a difficult debut season.
But Hammers News revealed the real reason was that WSA had learned the forward was trying to switch to another firm.
Now that has been confirmed.

Barnett is one of the world’s top football and sports agents and is worth an estimated £135m.
Former global star Bale was Barnett’s most famous client of recent years.
The Brit was executive chairman of ICM Stellar Sports, which was acquired by CAA in 2022.
The 6ft 5in forward’s agency switch has been confirmed by Italian transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano on Twitter this evening.
What the move means for West Ham star Scamacca’s future remains to be seen. But Romano said the new representatives will ‘plan for his future’.
West Ham’s number seven is pictured alongside Barnett and David Lee.
“West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca has signed with CAA Stellar agency as new representatives to plan for his future,” Romano said on Twitter.
“Here’s Scamacca with Jonathan Barnett and David Lee.”
