West Ham have opened talks with the representatives of Vladimir Coufal regarding a new contract according to a report from Sky Sports.

The 28-year-old joined the Hammers from Slavia Prague in October for around £5.4 million (BBC).
And what an incredible signing Vlad has turned out to be for us.
David Moyes really does deserve great credit for having the foresight to bring him to the London Stadium.
In 34 Premier League games for West Ham this season, Coufal racked up seven assists. During those outings, he averaged 2.1 tackles, 1.2 interceptions, and 2.6 clearances (Who Scored).

The Czech Republic international is already well on his way to becoming a cult hero at the London Stadium.
He has been in brilliant form this season and is undoubtedly one of the signings of the season in the Premier League.
Sky Sports claim that the Hammers are ready to reward Coufal for his fine form with a new deal.
Vlad’s current deal is set to expire in two years time.
He currently earns around £30k-a-week (Spotrac).
Because of his fine form, Coufal can expect a big rise on those terms.
Getting the 28-year-old signed up to a new contract is an absolute no-brainer for the Hammers. He has been one of our best signings in recent years.
And it would be great to see him spend the rest of his career in East London.
He seems to be so happy working under David Moyes. His work ethic is truly exceptional and he lives and dies for the cause every single time he takes to the pitch.
Vlad signing a new deal really would be great news for the club.
