Graham Potter is expected to oversee some huge changes at West Ham United this summer.
The current West Ham squad is simply not good enough, and Graham Potter absolutely has to change that in the summer transfer window.
The good news is that Potter is said to be keen to add more dynamism and youth to his ranks at the London Stadium.
Poor squad building over the past couple of years has led to the situation that Potter currently finds himself in.

The Hammers squad is a terribly unbalanced one, and the average age is far too old.
Selling one player in particular would certainly help the latter, but he has actually really impressed recently.
West Ham striker Niclas Fullkrug urged to join Barcelona
Niclas Fullkrug has spent most of the 2024/25 campaign on the sidelines through injury.
However, the German returned to action last week for the Hammers, and has bagged one goal in his two substitute appearances.
Niclas Fullkrug simply has to start every game for West Ham now up until the end of the season.
Potter has already outlined how Fullkrug provides him with the opportunity to completely change his system.
So the Hammers head coach clearly rates the former Borussia Dortmund man very highly indeed.

Does his future really lie at the London Stadium though? Or could his London Stadium stay end up being a really short one?
Marc-Andre ter Stegen makes Niclas Fullkrug plea
SportBILD interviewed Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen on April 9th.
And the German absolutely raved about his countryman Niclas Fullkrug.
Ter Stegen name-checked Fullkrug when asked which players he would like to join Barcelona this summer:
“Jamal Musiala, of course, and Florian Wirtz is also amazing, but I’d also like to have ‘Fülle’ (Füllkrug).
“Because he’s simply a great guy in the dressing room and a killer in front of goal. Fülle is a funny guy; we had some great team nights. He’s someone you can have a great conversation with and a lot of fun with.”
Those comments from the Barca goalkeeper proves just how good the 32-year-old striker is.
Now Graham Potter has a big conundrum. Does he allow Niclas Fullkrug to leave West Ham in order to help fund a big rebuild, or does he keep him at the club?
Only time will tell regarding that question.
