West Ham United drew 0-0 with Everton on Saturday, and Max Kilman came out to address the press after the match.
Max Kilman was one of the few decent performers for West Ham on the day actually, as we struggled to get over the line against a poor Everton side.

The 0-0 Premier League draw at the London Stadium was a truly terrible result for Julen Lopetegui and his players, and some fans actually preferred drinking in the concourse rather than watching the second-half.
A lot of the players were strolling around the pitch against the Toffees and that’s simply unacceptable.
However, Kilman was arguably our best player, and he is a big advocate of Lopetegui.

That’s no surprise – he captained Wolves during the Spaniard’s reign at Molineux.
I’m a very big fan of the 27-year-old centre-back but I have to say, his comments after the game on Saturday were eyebrow raising to say the least…
West Ham fans will not believe Max Kilman’s mind-boggling claim
The Hammers are actually in dire straits right now.
Things are getting worse and worse with every week that passes, and Lopetegui seems powerless to prevent the slide.
The draw with Everton was one of the worst games I’ve ever seen in the Premier League – it really was everything you would expect from a 0-0 draw.
Kilman had a different take though, when speaking to WHUFC.com.
The Hammers defender said, “From a defensive point of view, not conceding is important. It’s something you can build a foundation from, so we need to do that and hopefully we can get more clean sheets as the season goes on.“

“I think in the first half we took a bit of time to settle into the game, but in the second half we created some really good opportunities, and were actually unfortunate not to come away with the win, so there were lots of things to be pleased about across the pitch.”
I have to say, those are some really concerning comments from Kilman.
In no way were we unfortunate not to win the game – it was an atrocious performance all round from the players, and 0-0 was a fair result in the end.
The fact that Kilman seemingly thinks he and his teammates did enough to win the match fills me with dread, and it really doesn’t bode well for the remainder of the campaign.
Big improvements are needed from the Hammers, if we are to make a push for the top seven or eight during the final three quarters of the season.
Max Kilman hasn’t let himself down one bit this term, unlike the majority of his West Ham teammates and the gaffer.
I personally think Lopetegui needs to be sacked, if we are to salvage this season.
I just can’t see David Sullivan pulling the trigger just yet though, unfortunately.
