Jarrod Bowen’s celebration footage emerges

An extremely passionate Bowen let his feelings about the Hammers be clearly known, given his celebration on Sunday.

A lot has been said about him in recent weeks in terms of his playing style and also that he may not be the right man to captain the team.

However, as shared by West Ham’s Instagram handle, the footage shows just how much he loves the club.

Bowen was spotted kissing the Irons badge as he ran towards the away fans to celebrate the goal with them.

He was also seen mouthing “Come on” as he was ecstatic after what could have been the winning goal at that stage of the game.

West Ham need to keep a hold of Bowen

It is evident that Bowen loves the club and that he is their best player.

However, in order for him to be at the London Stadium for the foreseeable future, the Hammers will have to be a Premier League side.

Relegation would see a majority of top-flight clubs lurking, as Bowen will be available for a discount.

Also, getting back to the Premier League in the following season is not as easy as it sounds, so it is not an option that needs to be considered.

Bowen’s deal at the London Stadium does not run out until 2030, but there is a good chance that he asks to leave if the Hammers fail to finish outside the bottom three.

Thus, ahead of the January transfer window, it is important that West Ham look to build their team around Bowen and any signings should be made in order to get the best out of the England international.

A new striker would certainly be beneficial as he would take the goal-scoring burden off Bowen.
