West Ham United manager David Moyes has been talking about the deadline day signing of Alex Kral.
West Ham completed the loan capture of the Spartak Moscow midfielder this evening (whufc.com).
In the announcement on the club’s official website, West Ham said the deal was ‘a season-long loan with a view to making the move permanent’.
Now Moyes has made it clear he has every intention of making Kral’s move permanent providing the Czech proves himself like compatriots and now West Ham teammates Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal (whufc.com).

And the Scot something the Scot is confident he will do just that with the Hammers during a jam-packed season.
“I am delighted to welcome Alex to West Ham United,” Moyes told whufc.com.
“He will provide good competition in the centre of midfield. He is another young, talented player who we feel has a big potential and will be capable of adapting to the demands of the Premier League.
“We’ve brought him in on loan initially and, hopefully, over the course of the season he will make a valuable contribution, particularly with our busier schedule of fixtures.

‘We hope he has similar characteristics and hunger to that of Tomas and Vladimir’ – Moyes
“Alex is another established international player with the Czech Republic, and we hope he has similar characteristics and hunger to that of Tomas and Vladimir.”
Moyes has long admired Kral, as he revealed in his column with The Times during the summer.
“Kral has just turned 23, he is a young midfielder, developed at Slavia Prague, who moved to Spartak Moscow,” Moyes told The Times in the summer.
“He is likely to start in the Czech midfield alongside Tomas Soucek and is similar in stature to Tomas, though plays in a slightly different style.

I want curly hair tooOOO
“He is good on the ball and looks to protect his defence and appears to have, like Tomas and (fellow Czech West Ham star) Vladimir Coufal, great mentality and bags of energy.”
The curly-haired 23-year-old did not excel at the Euros despite being tipped to shine by Moyes.
But he did for Spartak last season. In 29 league outings, the former Slavia Prague teammate of Tomas Soucek registered five assists and averaged 1.5 tackles, 1.8 interceptions, 0.8 clearances and 0.8 dribbles per game.
During those appearances, he made 56 passes per match on average with a completion rate of 81% (WhoScored).
In other news, West Ham can still sign players after the 11pm deadline.
And Moyes snubs two targets as duo close in on deadline day moves to rivals.
