David Moyes is plotting a really exciting signing for West Ham United this summer it seems.

West Ham boss David Moyes is actually fighting for his job right now, so there are doubts that he’ll actually be in charge come the summer transfer window.

The 60-year-old Hammers manager is out of contract in the summer, and Graham Potter is one man who apparently could take over from him.

If the Scot does hang around at the London Stadium, signing a proven, top-class central defender should feature right at the top of his summer wish-list.

Our defence has been an absolute shambles this season. Kurt Zouma looks completely finished at the very highest level due to knee problems whilst Nayef Aguerd is painfully ill-suited to Premier League football.

So what plan does Moyes have up his sleeve?

It seems as though the Hammers boss has a truly incredible signing lined up for us ahead of the summer transfer window.

And the beauty of this one is that we won’t have to pay a single penny for him – what an unbelievable bargain this could be for the East London outfit.

Tosin Adarabioyo is firmly on the West Ham radar it seems.

Miguel Delaney wrote in his newsletter for the Independent that Moyes wants to bring the 26-year-old Fulham centre-back to the club on a free transfer this summer.

What a signing the 26-year-old would be for us on a free transfer. Standing at 6ft 5in tall, Tosin Adarabioyo is an absolute giant, and he’d be yet another big threat for us from set-pieces.

The Fulham defender is a real powerhouse and the prospect of him playing alongside Konstantinos Mavropanos is an extremely exciting one.

If Moyes manages to bring him to West Ham on a free transfer this summer it will be a great bit of business for the club.
