The biggest West Ham fan group has made a major claim about the future of the club’s co-owner David Sullivan amid intense speculation.
West Ham fans have been protesting to have Karren Brady and David Sullivan removed from the club all season.
It was seen as ‘one down, one to go’ in the eyes of those supporters when Brady suddenly left West Ham with immediate effect recently.
No sooner had Brady departed the London Stadium than reports emerged that her last act was to oversee the sale of some of the Gold family’s West Ham shares to Daniel Kretinsky.
Top West Ham fan group claims Sullivan on his way out
It has been suggested it was the first step to Czech billionaire Kretinsky becoming West Ham’s majority stakeholder having initially bought 27 per cent of the club for £150m in November 2021.
Many believed Kretinsky’s move to up his stake to over 40 per cent is a precursor to Sullivan following Brady in leaving the club.

It also came amid speculation Amanda Staveley is leading a US-backed bid to buy West Ham.
However, Sullivan confirmed he was ‘buying more West Ham shares, not selling’ in a bid to match Kretinsky’s stake.
That did not go down well with the growing number of supporters who want Sullivan to ship out.
But there may be big news on the horizon after a top West Ham fan group made a major claim about the future of Sullivan.
Hammers United are West Ham’s largest fan group with over 25,000 members.
The prominent group, chaired by legendary Hammers fan Paul ‘Bubbles’ Colborne, has been leading the uprising against the ownership since the move to the London Stadium.

In an exchange with fans on the official Hammers United X feed, the group claims Sullivan will not be at West Ham next season.
Hammers United reposted an article from inews blaming Sullivan for the mess West Ham find themselves in on and off the pitch.

“Simple as this,” Hammers United said alongside the article.
“Out of his depth. Year in, year out. Clueless and he and Brady have vandalised our football club.”
When one supporter pointed out that Sullivan owns the club and can therefore ‘do what he wants’, Hammers United responded with the claim he won’t be around much longer.
“Except he doesn’t own it outright now,” Hammers United pointed out.
“(It is) 40/40 with Kretinsky. Oh and he will need to put significant money into the club. And he’s only ever put £15m in over 16 years.
“The game has moved up several notches and he’s way out of his depth.
“He’s gone before next season.”
This news will excite Hammers fans who have been campaigning for Sullivan to sell up or, at the very least, stand down from the day-to-day running of the club.
On the face of it, Sullivan increasing his stake appears to suggest he is going nowhere anytime soon.
But perhaps, if Hammers United’s claim is accurate, it is merely a strategic move to make more money from any impending sale of the club.
It comes after Simon Jordan made a claim about Kretinsky’s influence at West Ham amid his other business interests.
