West Ham ace Declan Rice described Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka as ‘ridiculous’, when speaking on the Super 6 Podcast with Laura Woods and Adebayo Akinfenwa.
Saka, 19, burst onto the scene with the Gunners last season.
And he is already considered to be a vital member of Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta’s squad at the Emirates.
Saka has racked up five goals and 13 assists in 54 games for the Gunners (Transfermarkt).
He is one of Arsenal’s most creative, threatening attacking players, and that is saying something considering the amount of quality present at the Emirates.
West Ham ace Declan Rice – another frighteningly good young player, spoke very highly of Saka, when speaking on the Super 6 Podcast with Laura Woods and Adebayo Akinfenwa:
“Bukayo Saka is unbelievable, never seen anything like him. He’s ridiculous. So good.”
It’s early days, but Saka already seems like he has it all. If the 19-year-old retains his focus and continues to work hard, the world is his oyster.
Arsenal fans must be very excited about Saka. Much like we are about Rice.
England clearly have a very exciting future lying in wait with the likes of the West Ham and Arsenal youngsters coming through the ranks and bettering top class players on a week-in, week-out basis.
It seems as though we have a new golden generation. Hopefully they can achieve more than the last lot did in 2006.
