Pablo Felipe may not have fully convinced West Ham United fans just yet, but the forward has been nominated for a recently created Premier League award.
While January signing Pablo has brought energy and industry since arriving from Gil Vicente, he is yet to score for West Ham United.
What changes are you making to this team? Just don’t think Wilson should start 😬
Indeed, West Ham fans are not fully convinced on Pablo, but he does remain a key part of Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.
Now, the forward has been nominated for the Premier League’s Creative Moment of the Month award.
Pablo nominated for Premier League’s Creative Moment of the Month award
Ahead of Saturday’s huge game against Brentford, the Premier League confirmed that Pablo was one of the five nominees for April.
On a scale of 1-10, how impressed have you been with Pablo Felipe? 👀
You'll never sing that 😂🎵
Pablo has been nominated for his assist during West Ham’s win over Wolves, where his lovely flick for Taty Castellanos teed up the Argentine to score a crucial second goal in what was eventually a 4-0 victory.
As such, he has been nominated alongside Brenden Aaronson of Leeds United, Manchester United stars Bruno Fernandes and Kobbie Mainoo as well as Manchester City defender Nico O’Reilly.
The challenge for Pablo is to make more significant contributions during the final few games of the season.
He – along with Castellanos – has had a positive impact on the way in which this team play, but a lack of cutting edge is clearly a concern.
That assist was an example of his quality, but it has not been seen often enough.

What is the Premier League’s Creative Moment of the Month award?
According to the Premier League’s official website: “The Creative Moment of the Month award celebrates the best moments of creativity in the Premier League. It could be an incredible assist, a brilliant bit of play in the build-up to a goal, or simply an unforgettable moment of magic.”
Newcastle United captain Bruno Guimaraes was the first ever winner of the award back in January. Previous winners also include Tottenham forward Dominic Solanke and Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton.
Voting opens on Friday, 1 May, 2026 and runs until Monday, 4 May, 2026 on the Premier League’s official website.
