David Moyes needs an absolutely huge performance from his West Ham United players against Nottingham Forest tomorrow.
West Ham manager David Moyes is under intense pressure after our 6-0 loss to Arsenal last weekend, and the Hammers board are thought to be extremely unhappy with the manner of that defeat.
Moyes needs a big response from his players. Let’s have it right, although Moyes’s tactics and setup quite simply weren’t good enough for the Gunners clash, the players weren’t up to the task either.
How do we bounce back though? Well, the system needs to be better and more well executed for a start. In addition to that, it would be great if the players began the game on the front foot.
Moyes needs to send his players out to win the game, rather than to just not lose it. And if the preparation and game-plan is all spot on, the onus will then be on the players to perform…

Moyes has noticed something about West Ham players in training
The Scot was speaking to reporters this afternoon during his pre-match press conference ahead of the clash with Forest tomorrow.
Moyes opened up on how he’s looking for a big performance this weekend, and he shared what he’s noticed about the players in training this week, as quoted by WHUFC.com:
“We’re all in it together, we’re going to act as though it’s a blip and try to bounce back tomorrow. I’m looking forward to seeing the response of the players, and what I’ve seen in training has been good.”
It’s good to hear that the players have looked good in training, but we still need to see a big performance from them when the game kicks off at 3pm tomorrow.
Moyes has performed poorly in his role as manager over the past six weeks or so, but the players quite simply haven’t been up to it either.
They have to turn up and be counted at the City Ground tomorrow. Forest will represent a really stern test for us.
And Moyes must ensure that he gets his West Ham players firing against Nuno Espirito Santo’s side, otherwise it may well be curtains for his time in charge at the London Stadium.
