West Ham United desperately need a win against Bournemouth on Saturday, and Graham Potter will be acutely aware of that fact.

As much as there is nothing to play for between now and the end of the season, Graham Potter cannot continue to preside over defeat after defeat.

West Ham have been abysmal this season from start to finish.

And Graham Potter is planning to overhaul the West Ham squad in the summer transfer window.

In the here and now though, he has to find a way to get a tune out of the players he currently has at his disposal.

West Ham injury boost with Emerson Palmieri fit to face Bournemouth

Mohammed Kudus and Jean-Clair Todibo have both been taking part in training ahead of the game against Bournemouth.

However, Emerson Palmieri was originally listed as a doubt due to a niggling calf problem.

Emerson Palmieri apparently wants to stay at West Ham beyond the end of the summer, despite reports suggesting that he actually wants to leave.

Potter allegedly views the Italy international as a key player.

The Hammers head coach claimed yesterday that Emerson was touch and go to be fit in time to face the Cherries.

However, The Evening Standard now suggest that Emerson is in fact available for the game against the south coast outfit.

West Ham board could wreak havoc with Emerson Palmieri plans

There have been plenty of contrasting reports regarding the former Chelsea left-back’s future at the London Stadium of late.

The West Ham board are reportedly desperate to sell Emerson this summer.

With the Hammers in desperate need of some cash, there is every chance that the West Ham owners could overrule Graham Potter, and sell Emerson Palmieri.

Let’s hope that doesn’t happen because it would be a sign that Potter’s spell in charge of the Hammers is destined to fail.
