Leicester are facing somewhat of an injury crisis ahead of their clash with West Ham at the London Stadium tonight.

Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers already had five players unavailable to him for tonight’s clash with the Hammers – Wesley Fofana, Jonny Evans, Nampalys Mendy, James Justin and Ryan Bertrand.

And now things have got even worse for the East Midlands outfit.

New signing Jannik Verstergaard has picked up an injury in training and will miss the West Ham game (Leicester Mercury).

Leicester injury crisis gives West Ham a great chance

David Moyes’ men will still have to be on their very best form if they are to win the game tonight.

Dealing with Jamie Vardy will be key to our hopes of taking all three points from the contest.


With Leicester missing so many key players, however, West Ham will undoubtedly be boosted ahead of tonight’s kick-off.

And the Foxes fans will surely be concerned that their team have so many key players who will be missing tonight.

West Ham looked great during our opening game of the season against Newcastle.

The Hammers players can’t afford to take their foot off the gas against Leicester tonight.
