Leeds United’s official social media account has mocked West Ham winger Crysencio Summerville.
Summerville joined the East London club in 2024 after failing to earn promotion to the Premier League with Leeds.
The Dutchman is now likely to be relegated to the Championship after West Ham’s game against Leeds on Sunday afternoon.
Unless the Hammers win and Tottenham lose at home to Everton, they will no longer be in the Premier League.

Crysencio Summerville targeted by Leeds United on social media
Summerville was excellent for Leeds in the 2023/24 Championship campaign, contributing 19 goals and nine assists.
However, he pushed for a move to the Premier League in the summer transfer window and joined West Ham for £25m.
The 24-year-old has been inconsistent for the Hammers, who now find themselves in the relegation zone.
Meanwhile, Leeds are 14th in the table, 11 points above West Ham, after going eight games unbeaten.
Ahead of their final-day showdown, Leeds trolled Summerville with a pre-match graphic posted on social media.
Leeds stars Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Ethan Ampadu are pictured going up the escalators at a London underground station.
You can also make out Summerville’s right arm (with a glove, wrist tape and tattoos) in a West Ham shirt on the way down.
It was a not-so-subtle dig at Summerville after he left the Yorkshire club for West Ham two years ago.

Everton's impressive away record gives us hope! 🤞
West Ham academy goalkeeper Finlay Herrick was also trolled in the graphic, with a sticker of him celebrating on the wall.
Herrick celebrated after saving a penalty against Leeds in the FA Cup quarter-final earlier in the season.
Hopefully, West Ham will have the last laugh by avoiding relegation after beating Leeds at the London Stadium.
