Key West Ham trio missing from Rush Green training video in huge worry ahead of Arsenal

There were three West Ham United players absent from training ahead of the clash with Arsenal on Sunday.

West Ham play host to Arsenal in the Premier League this weekend, and it’s a hugely important game for both sides.

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs a result against the Gunners after a woeful six-week run of form, whilst Mikel Arteta needs all three points as well in order to remain in the title race.

West Ham have beaten Arsenal twice already this season, so there’s no need to be fearful of the north London outfit, as good as they undoubtedly are.

That said, Moyes has been missing some really important players of late, and it seems like the Scot may have a few more fitness concerns on his plate…

Moyes seemingly has a very big headache on his hands when it comes to certain players’ fitness ahead of the Gunners clash.

Lucas Paqueta, Jarrod Bowen and James Ward-Prowse were all nowhere to be seen in the video posted by the club on our official X account:

We all know that Paqueta is touch and go for Sunday’s game, but Bowen and Ward-Prowse not partaking in training really is a huge concern.

Let’s hope that their absences were nothing more than just a precaution. West Ham desperately need all three of them fit for the Arsenal game, if we are to have any chance of winning the match.

If I had to guess, I would say that Bowen and Ward-Prowse will be fine to face Arsenal, whilst the best we can hope for with Paqueta is a place on the bench.

Sunday’s game should be an absolute cracker. Let’s just hope that Moyes has his very best players available for selection.
