“It’s going to be fun, it will be a battle,” Phillips stated, ahead of the match. It will be nice to see him as well, I haven’t seen him for a few weeks now. I don’t think we’ve missed each other too much, but it will be a good game!  We know West Ham are doing very well this year and we want to get our first win, so we are looking forward to playing against each other. We still message each other now and again to see how things are going so it will be good to see him. We will have to try and stop him from playing, which will be a very difficult job.”

Both players are hugely important to their respective teams. And it will be fascinating to see who comes out on top at Elland Road today.

West Ham beat Leeds away from home and at the London Stadium last season.

More of the same today please boys.
