West Ham want to sign Alexandre Lacazette from Arsenal in January according to a report from 90 Min.

And some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.
Some may say this one reeks of lazy journalism.

Others may claim that Lacazette is out of contract with Arsenal next summer and his availability on a free transfer then, or a cut-price fee in January, means that West Ham boss David Moyes may well be interested.
The Hammers currently have Michail Antonio as our only centre-forward option.
That quite clearly isn’t good enough for a team with aspirations of challenging both domestically and in Europe.
And it is a situation that needs addressing asap.

West Ham want to sign Alexandre Lacazette
The 30-year-old Arsenal striker is allegedly on the Hammers’ radar.
He has incredible tight ball control in and around the penalty area and is great at finding his way out of crowded spaces.
Lacazette has bagged 67 goals and 29 assists in 173 games in all competitions for Arsenal (Transfermarkt).
We could do a lot worse than the Frenchman. At the same time though, it could be argued that the Gunners ace doesn’t fit the mould of the type of player Moyes wants to sign, considering his age and injury record.
