West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen has made it clear just how hard it will be for Michail Antonio to force his way back into this team.
Jarrod Bowen has formed a sensational understanding and partnership with West Ham duo Lucas Paqueta and Mohammed Kudus, and Michail Antonio must be watching on with real envy.
Hammers boss David Moyes absolutely raved about all three forwards after the 3-0 win against Wolves, and rightly so, they were all absolutely outstanding.
Bowen, Kudus and Paqueta now have 25 goals and nine assists between them this season, and we haven’t even reached Christmas.
The West Ham fans will be absolutely delighted to see the talented trio producing the goods for the club – they make us so much more dangerous than when Antonio is playing through the middle flanked by two wingers.
Now the 33-year-old forward, who is currently out of the team after suffering an injury whilst on international duty with Jamaica, has the devil’s own job if he is to force his way back into Moyes’s side…

Jarrod Bowen shares bad news for Michail Antonio
The 26-year-old Hammers forward was speaking to reporters after yesterday’s 3-0 Premier League win over Wolves.
And Bowen shares just how much he loves playing alongside the Ghanaian and the Brazilian, as quoted by WHUFC.com:
“We’re playing with freedom; me, Mo and Lucas. We’ve got a really good understanding and there were times when Mo was up front and I was out on the wing. There were times when it was the other way around but I think that is the quality that the three of us have. We have that flexibility and it’s the same on the training pitch. We love playing together.”
Good luck getting back into the side when you’re fit again Mikey! I can’t see Antonio being anything other than an impact sub at the London Stadium going forward.
We are so much more potent as a team when the Jamaica international doesn’t play, as harsh as that may sound.
The 33-year-old’s time at the London Stadium is coming to an end I reckon, and it wouldn’t surprise me one little bit if he left either in January or the summer.
Jarrod Bowen made it very clear yesterday how hard it will be for Michail Antonio to force his way back into the team from this point onwards. All that remains to be seen now is whether the former Nottingham Forest man is up for the challenge or not.
