Hammers right-back Vladimir Coufal has just absolutely raved about his West Ham United teammate Mohammed Kudus.

Mohammed Kudus stunned Vladimir Coufal earlier this season, and now the 31-year-old West Ham defender has spilled the beans on that specific incident.

Kudus, 23, has been in sensational form for West Ham so far this season. The Hammers fans absolutely love him, and even the Europa League’s official X account raved about the Ghanaian a few weeks ago.

He is one of the most important players David Moyes has at his disposal alongside Lucas Paqueta and Jarrod Bowen.

The £38 million that the Hammers paid Ajax for Kudus in the summer of 2023 now looks like an absolute bargain (Sky Sports).

He has been the standout player for us this season, and he’s adored by the fans at the London Stadium. It seems as though Coufal is a huge fan of the former Ajax star as well…

Vladimir Coufal shares something amazing that Mohammed Kudus did

The Czech Republic international has been in fine form himself for West Ham United this season, with seven Premier League assists to his name.

However, it’s clear to see that he can only dream of doing some of the things that Kudus does on a consistent basis.

Coufal has shared something the Ghanaian did that seriously impressed him recently…

The Hammers defender actually said that he couldn’t believe his eyes when watching Mo do something specific, as quoted by WHUFC.com:

“It was an incredible night (5-0 win over Freiburg). Mohammed Kudus was amazing that night. I couldn’t believe my eyes when he scored his first goal, with such an amazing run. It was like when you play on the PlayStation or Xbox. That was the latest of many great memories in Europe over the past few years.”

I have to agree with Vlad here. I was at the London Stadium for the Freiburg game, and the goal from Kudus looked even better live than it did on any of the subsequent replays.

We have a seriously talented player on our hands, and I believe he’ll become a West Ham legend if he remains with for at least another five years or so.

To surprise one of your teammates with a moment of brilliance must be such a great feeling.

And it’s clear to see that Mohammed Kudus did exactly that to Vladimir Coufal a few weeks ago.
