Mohammed Kudus is arguably our best player, but who does the Ghanaian think is the’ Goat’ at West Ham United?

West Ham signed Mohammed Kudus from Ajax in the summer for around £38 million, and director of football Tim Steidten played a big role in bringing him to the London Stadium.

The 23-year-old has already established himself as one of the best players Hammers boss David Moyes has at his disposal, if not the best.

But which player has stood out most to the Ghanaian since he swapped Amsterdam for East London?

Kudus is currently away at AFCON with Ghana and has been speaking to Goal about all things West Ham.

And the 23-year-old admitted that he’s a huge fan of Jarrod Bowen

Mohammed Kudus names the best player at West Ham

Bowen has been in sensational form for the Hammers this season, with 14 goals and five assists to his name in 26 games (Transfermarkt).

The West Ham fans absolutely love the 27-year-old, and so does Kudus it seems. The Ghana international responded when asked when asked who is the Goat?

“Jaz is the goat for me, Bowen.”

Kudus’s comments prove just how good Bowen is. The Ghanaian is a world-class player himself, so any praise from him obviously carries a lot of weight.

The former Hull City ace has reached a whole new level entirely this season, and in tandem with Kudus and Lucas Paqueta, he has fired us up to sixth in the Premier League table.

Hopefully we manage to keep Jarrod Bowen, Mohammed Kudus and Lucas Paqueta at West Ham for many years still to come.
