David Moyes spoke to reporters today and seemed to hint that Mark Noble is in contention to start Sunday’s clash with Manchester United, as quoted by the club’s official website.

The Hammers head to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United this weekend.
A win would mean we could jump back inside the top four.
And we might not ever have a better chance of doing just that.
Man United are currently in the midst of a real injury crisis. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could have up to SEVEN first-team players missing.
It will be absolutely vital for West Ham to go for the jugular. In previous games against the bigger clubs this season, David Moyes has set his team up far too defensive.
It could be argued that the negative pre-game rhetoric from the Scot has adversely affected our chances of winning those games too.
Has David Moyes hinted at Mark Noble inclusion?
The West Ham boss will be forced into making at least one change with Jesse Lingard unable to play against his parent club.
Jarrod Bowen would be a solid replacement for Lingard, with Pablo Fornals moving into more of a central role.
Moyes seemed to suggest that Mark Noble is in contention to start against Manchester United, however, as quoted by the club’s official website:
“He’s played as well as anybody in any of the games – he was very good at Old Trafford a month ago and was excellent against Chelsea. The biggest thing about Mark is he’s handled himself incredibly well, and when we’ve called on him he’s been very good as well.”
It will be very disappointing if Noble is selected to start against Man United.
The 33-year-old is undoubtedly a club legend, but he just isn’t good enough to be playing against the very best sides anymore.
Noble is slow, has no athleticism and massively slows us down as an attacking unit.
The midfielder has given so much to the Hammers. There is no place for sentiment in the Premier League, however.
And if we are to have any chance of beating Manchester United on Sunday, Mark Noble quite simply cannot start the game.
