West Ham United have allegedly scheduled talks to discuss personal terms with Eintracht Frankfurt ace Filip Kostic.
That’s according to high-profile football journalist Fabrizio Romano who claims that the Bundesliga side have accepted a bid from the Hammers for Kostic and the move is now entirely in the hands of the player.

It seems as though that report may have been slightly premature though.
The Hammers have allegedly had a £11 million bud accepted for Kostic (Kicker).

And Fabrizio Romano has now provided an update on the situation…
Fabrizio Romano says West Ham talks with Filip Kostic are scheduled
The Serbia international could be heading to London soon for talks to discuss a potential move to the Hammers.
That’s according to Romano who suggested that the Hammers have talks scheduled with the 29-year-old Eintracht Frankfurt ace:
This would be a great deal to get over the line for the Hammers.
The Eintracht Frankfurt ace is an incredibly hard-working player.
He is old fashioned in the sense that he’s left-footed and plays on the left! As a result, Kostic is much more of a provider than a goalscorer.
The 48-capped Serbia international bagged 15 assists and seven goals in 43 games for Eintracht Frankfurt last season (Transfermarkt). That’s a healthy return by anyone’s standards.
On face value, he has everything that West Ham boss David Moyes looks for in potential new signings, aside from the fact that he is 29 of course!

We don’t believe that will be an issue for the Serb though.
He’s a self confessed ‘warrior on the pitch’ (Eintracht Frankfurt’s official website). He would certainly add so much to our play down the left hand side.
The 29-year-old currently earns around £43k-a-week according to Salary Sport. So he definitely won’t break our wage structure.
And with West Ham having talks with Filip Kostic lined up, it might not be too long before we see him in the famous Claret and Blue.
