West ham United have been heavily linked with signing numerous different players in the summer transfer window.
Julen Lopetegui has overseen a fantastic summer transfer window for West Ham so far, bringing eight new players into the London Stadium.
The West Ham head coach is far from done yet though, and has plans to make even more new signings before the window slams shut next week.
Lopetegui will undoubtedly have to move on numerous high earners first, but once that is done, he’ll be able to attack the transfer market again.

The Spaniard needs to bring two more top-class players to the London Stadium this summer, if we are to be competitive on all fronts.
However, one player we’ve reportedly been chasing won’t be coming to East London…
West Ham target Jack Clarke set for transfer
The Sunderland winger has been in sensational form over the past 12 months.
He has bagged 16 goals and five assists for the Black Cats since the start of last season – a fine return indeed.
However, now he’s set for a big Premier League move.
West Ham were heavily linked with a move to sign Jack Clarke from Sunderland in January, and those links resurfaced just a few days ago.
Now the 23-year-old winger is all set to leave the Stadium of Light, but he won’t be joining the Hammers.
Fabrizio Romano has given his famous ‘here we go’ stamp of authority on the Jack Clarke to Ipswich Town deal.
The 23-year-old winger will move to Portman Road for around £20 million.
Ipswich’s need for Clarke far great than West Ham’s
That’s fair enough. As talented as Clarke is, we really didn’t need to sign him, with Summerville already at the club.
Julen Lopetegui should be focusing on strengthening other positions at West Ham between now and the end of the transfer window.
The need for another central midfielder, a striker and even a left-back is far greater than the one for a left winger.
Let’s face it, if the Hammers really wanted to bring Jack Clarke to the London Stadium, we surely would have beaten Ipswich to his signature, with all due respect.
West Ham have bigger fish to fry in the summer transfer window.
Best of luck to Jack Clarke at Ipswich, he just wasn’t need at West Ham at this present moment. Who knows, perhaps we will come in for him at some point in the future.
Now Lopetegui needs to focus on finishing the transfer window with a flourish.
