Report: West Ham now want to sign player who was on verge of £52m Liverpool transfer

West Ham lost 2-1 to the Bees at the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The defeat was a really tough one to take for David Moyes and the Hammers fans.

West Ham came back at them in the second-half, however, and were more than deserving of a point.

The loss was particularly hard to stomach due to the fact that we now have to wait nearly two weeks before we play again.

There was something else that riled the West Ham fans though…

The truth behind Said Benrahma photo with Brentford match winner

The below photo emerged after out defeat to the Bees:

Many West Ham fans weren’t happy that Said was looking so happy with Brentford’s match-winner Yoane Wissa.

The truth is that the picture was taken BEFORE the game.

The two players are clearly friends, so even if it was taken after the game, there shouldn’t have been a problem.

Football fans are fiercely loyal, however, and they expect their players to be the same.

In the cold light of day though, the West Ham fans will surely realise just how much Benrahma cares by the performances he is putting in on the pitch.
