West Ham boss David Moyes addressed the media yesterday and responded when asked what he thought when Marcelo Bielsa named his Leeds team two days before tonight’s game, as quoted by Football.London.

The Hammers head to Elland Road to take on the Whites tonight. And it should be a cracking game.
West Ham are currently sitting in eight spot in the Premier League table, six places and three points in front of Leeds.
David Moyes has done a wonderful job since taking over at the London Stadium this time last year.

Meanwhile, Marcelo Bielsa has been instrumental behind Leeds United’s rise to prominence one again.
The Argentine has worked wonders at Elland Road but it hasn’t always been without controversy.
Marcelo Bielsa hit the headlines back in January 2019 when he sent a spy to keep an eye on Derby’s training session before a Championship clash.
Bielsa does things his own way
The South American is unorthodox. He has regularly named his starting line-ups days before games. And Bielsa did it once again on Wednesday.
West Ham boss David Moyes told Football.London what he thought of the Leeds manager’s unusual tactic:

“Well I worked in Spain and teams are named early there sometimes so I don’t think it is anything outrageous. We see it in other sports, we see it in rugby when they name their teams before the play. Does it make it any easier? I don’t think so. They are a good team Leeds and we know what we are going to expect. It could be a bluff, it might not be his team. It could be something else, it could be very clever. What I do know is that it is regular in Spain, the media might have had the teams before the games quite often from my experience and I am sure that’s where Bielsa would have got it from.”
I truth, it will probably matter little come 8 o’clock tonight. David Moyes will undoubtedly stick with the same XI he had in mind before Marcelo Bielsa revealed his starting line-up.
Whatever side the Argentine fields, West Ham will be in for a tough night. If we are at our best, however, we have enough to cause Leeds a lot of problems.
The Hammers players have got to be brave in possession, expose the Whites’ defensive frailties from set-pieces and most of all, we need to defend resolutely.
If we do that, there is no reason why we can’t leave west Yorkshire with maximum points.
