West Ham United could raid Chelsea big time in the January transfer window it seems.
Both West Ham and Chelsea are expected to be heavily active in the January transfer window.
The news in East London right now is revolving around Graham Potter coming into the club to replace Julen Lopetegui.
However, regardless of who is in the Hammers hot-seat, the task remains the same – strengthen the squad at all costs this month.
The fact that West Ham spent upwards of £100 million in the summer, and still require a partial squad rebuild is inexcusable.

Hopefully the recruitment is better going forward.
And now the Hammers have been presented with a great opportunity to make some big signings from Chelsea this month.
Chelsea to sell trio, West Ham want all three in January window
West Ham could be set to take advantage of Chelsea’s desperation to sell this month.
Incoming Hammers boss Graham Potter needs to bolster in numerous positions, but central midfield is one area where we are particularly weak right now.
And West Ham could solve that problem by signing a couple of players from Chelsea.
According to a report from The Mirror, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Ben Chilwell and Carney Chukwuemeka are all up for sale in January.
Chelsea are desperate to raise funds in order to sign a top-class centre-back, with Crystal Palace ace Marc Guehi said to be on their radar.

Dewsbury-Hall, 26, emerged as a transfer target for the Hammers recently, whilst Chukwuemeka is firmly on our radar.
Meanwhile, Chilwell is believed to be a target for West Ham as well (Independent).
Now, Dewsbury-Hall and Chukwuemeka would be great additions for us in central midfield.
The energy, athleticism and technical ability they both possesses would totally transform the way we play as a team overnight.
However, Chilwell is someone we should be steering well clear of in my opinion.
That’s not to say that the 28-year-old isn’t a very good player, because he certainly is.
The main problem with the Chelsea left-back is his horrendous injury record.
Chilwell has missed 102 games through injury for Chelsea and England since the start of the 2021/22 season (Transfermarkt).
West Ham may well be able to profit from Chelsea’s need to sell in the January window, but I would prefer it if we didn’t sign all three of the players mentioned above.
Dewsbury-Hall and/or Chukwuemeka would do nicely.
