Brentford have a whole host of players unavailable for their clash with West Ham United tomorrow.
West Ham travel to west London to take on Brentford in the Premier League tomorrow afternoon.
Hammers boss David Moyes will be desperate for his side to get back on track in the league with a win, after what has been a really poor run of form.
Wednesday’s Carabao Cup win over Arsenal will have been a huge confidence boost for the players, and they’ll be hoping to head into the next international break with three consecutive wins in all competitions.
Brentford is never an easy place to go – Moyes and his players will be fully aware of that. We haven’t beaten them in the league since they got promoted back to the top flight, although we did win 1-0 at their place in the FA Cup at the start of this year.
Tomorrow might well be a real chance for us to bring an end to the run of four consecutive Premier League defeats to the Bees…
Brentford reportedly will be missing seven key players for West Ham clash
According to Premier Injuries, Thomas Frank will be unable to call upon seven key players for tomorrow’s clash with the Hammers.
Ivan Toney is still suspended, whilst Rico Henry, Kevin Schade, Joshua Dasilva, Mikkel Damsgaard and Keane Lewis-Potter will all miss out through injury.
Meanwhile, Shandon Baptiste allegedly only has a 25% chance of being fit for tomorrow’s game.
Those are some really key players who will miss the game for Brentford, and door is surely now wide open for the Hammers to go to west London and make a big statement.
If the boys show the energy and quality that they displayed against Arsenal on Wednesday night, we’ll be just fine.
And a win for West Ham against Brentford tomorrow will get us right back into contention for a top seven spot this season.
