The Hammers have made an incredible start to their Premier League campaign.

We barely avoided relegation down to the Championship last season. David Moyes has worked wonders at the London Stadium this term, however.

The Scot has totally transformed the culture at there football club. West Ham are no longer a pushover. Every single players knows their jobs and we are a well-drilled, well-organised defensive unit.

What a pleasant change it has been watching West Ham this season.

A win today would see us leapfrog Liverpool back into the top four.

Angelo Ogbonna praises three West Ham players

It really has been quite an outstanding turnaround from the Hammers.

Angelo Ogbonna named Jarrod Bowen, Pablo Fornals and Tomas Soucek as three players who have been integral to West Ham United’s resurgence, when speaking to the Daily Mail:

‘I think it’s the most important time since I came to West Ham. ‘There is a real unity, a real togetherness. Since the manager came in, everything changed. We are united, we try our best. The change comes from having professional footballers, having ambitious footballers that want to do something interesting with their future and for the club’s future. Having young lads like Jarrod Bowen, Pablo Fornals, Tomas Soucek, you can see the difference. You can smell that something has changed.”

Bowen and Soucek arrived at the London Stadium this time last year.

Fornals, meanwhile, has finally started to show what he is capable of having joined the Hammers in the summer of 2019.

There are other new arrivals who have flourished as well.

Vladimir Coufal and Said Benrahma have both flourished since joining David Moyes’s setup at West Ham.

These are incredibly exciting times for the Hammers fans. We have proper players who are prepared to work hard, but they also have tremendous quality.

Let’s just hope that the board have the ambition to match all of our new recruits’ targets and goals.
