The 18-year-old is wanted by Hammers boss David Moyes according to a report from Italian media outlet Tuttosport.
Hlozek will cost around £20 million this summer according to 90 Min.
And that would be decent value for West Ham.

Moyes currently has Michail Antonio as his only senior centre-forward option at the London Stadium.
West Ham signing Adam Hlozek would be a very smart move
The 18-year-old has been described as an ‘amazing talent’ by Football Talent Scout.
He has impressed this season despite missing a large chunk of it through injury. Hlozek has racked up five goals and seven assists in 11 games for Sparta Prague (Transfermarkt).
The Sparta Prague ace is a great dribbler, has a keen eye for a killer pass and has so much confidence for someone so young.

Hlozek is also very apt at holding up the ball, he has a lot of energy and pace and is willing to make those tireless runs into the channels. He is also a very good finisher.

That is a glimpse of what Hlozek has to offer.
It would be so exciting if Moyes brought the 18-year-old to the London Stadium this summer.
The Czech Republic youngster is exactly the kind of signing West Ham should be making.
And we think that £20 million for his services would be a real steal.
