22-year-old Tottenham star will miss the West Ham United clash as well as three others and Spurs boss Antonio Conte.

West Ham travel to North London to take on Tottenham for the 16:30 Premier League kick-off on Sunday.

The Hammers need all three points in order to move away from relegation trouble, whilst Spurs need a win in order to keep pace in the race for the top four.

Tottenham are missing key players Rodrigo Bentancur, Hugo Lloris and Yves Bissouma, whilst manager Antonio Conte will be forced to watch from home for health reasons.

It seems as though the North Londoners will be without another important player as well…

Key Tottenham man to miss West Ham clash

According to Ben Dinnery, an injury expert, Ryan Sessegnon will miss the game against the Hammers due to a thing injury (Premier Injuries).

The 22-year-old has finally started to show some form for Tottenham under Antonio Conte.

Unfortunately for him and Spurs though, he will not be fit to face West Ham.

That’s very good news indeed for David Moyes and his players.

Sessegnon possesses blistering pace and would undoubtedly have given Vladimir Coufal a torrid afternoon down West Ham’s right hand flank.

Now the 30-year-old Czech defender will have to keep Ivan Perisic, 34, quiet – a far easier job than keeping tabs on Sessegnon in my opinion.

It will be vital for West Ham to get a positive result against Tottenham on Sunday. The relegation battle is really beginning to heat up and with everyone else picking up points, Moyes’s men need to start picking up some wins.

And with Sessegnon missing for the hosts as well as Bentancur, Lloris, Bissouma and Conte, our chances of doing that have increased drastically.
