Manchester United could be without pretty much an entire team of senior players for their clash with West Ham United on Saturday.
West Ham play host to Manchester United in the Premier League this weekend, and both clubs are currently going through completely contrasting periods.
Hammers boss David Moyes will be delighted with the manner in which his team have bounced back after the 5-0 defeat away at Fulham nine days ago.
West Ham beat Freiburg 2-0 in the Europa League on Thursday night, then comfortably swatted aside Wolves 3-0 in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
The feel-good vibes emanating from the London Stadium right now are real – what a time to be a Hammers fan!
The same certainly cannot be said for Manchester United, with doom and gloom swirling around Old Trafford like a dark and very ominous cloud at the moment.
This weekend’s game between the two sides should be a really interesting one, and Man United will have to make do without a whole host of first-teamers…

11 key Manchester United players could miss West Ham clash
According to Premier Injuries, the Red Devils could be missing 10 players through injury for the Hammers clash, and one through suspension.
Tyrell Malacia, Harry Maguire, Casemiro, Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen, Mason Mount, Victor Lindelof, Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho and Amad Diallo are all either ruled out or very doubtful for the game on Saturday, whilst Diogo Dalot is suspended.
The one plus point for them is that club captain Bruno Fernandes is set to return after his one-game suspension.
I’ve got to say, what an opportunity this game will be for West Ham to jump up above Man United in the Premier League table.
Beware the wounded animal and all that but come on, they are there for the taking right?
If West Ham beat Manchester United on Saturday, we will jump up to sixth place in the table, at least until Newcastle United take on Luton Town.
The only caveat to all of that is that Man United proved on Sunday that they are still capable of getting a result despite having so many players missing.
They drew against Liverpool at Anfield a couple of days ago, and the Hammers players must be fully aware that we need to go for the jugular and put this weakened Manchester United side to bed early doors.
