Julen Lopetegui has named his West Ham starting XI for this evening’s huge Premier League clash with Liverpool.
West Ham United will have our work cut-out against Liverpool in the Premier League tonight, if we are to take a positive result away from the contest.

As good as Liverpool are, they still have some big players missing, with Ibrahima Konate and Conor Bradley unavailable through injury and Dominik Szoboszlai to miss out due to suspension.
The Hammers are actually in the midst of a decent run of form, having taken eight points from our last four Premier League games.
However, Julen Lopetegui will be unavailable to call upon Tomas Soucek and Guido Rodriguez due to suspension, as well as numerous other players through injury.
So how has Lopetegui set up his team for the clash with the Reds at the London Stadium this evening?
West Ham starting XI vs Liverpool confirmed
Nothing less than 100% effort from each and every West Ham player will do against Liverpool.
The starting XI certainly has enough about it to cause Liverpool problems.

Here’s how Lopetegui has chosen to line up against Liverpool, as confirmed via the club’s official website:
Alphonse Areola, Vladimir Coufal, Max Kilman, Konstantinos Mavropanos, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Emerson Palmieri, Edson Alvarez, Carlos Soler, Lucas Paqueta, Mohammed Kudus, Jarrod Bowen
No Jean-Clair Todibo after his exceptional performance against Southampton is a truly bizarre call in my eyes.
Sure, we have some big players missing, but that’s not a bad starting XI in the slightest.
Liverpool certainly won’t be complacent heading into the match, and they will know full well that we have the ability to cause them problems.
The Hammers need the London Stadium to be bouncing for the visit of the Reds tonight.
Hopefully we can make it as hostile and unpleasant as possible for them.
The West Ham starting XI selected by Julen Lopetegui is certainly capable of pulling off a result against Liverpool.
However, I believe they will beat us comfortably.
