West Ham United played host to Newcastle United in the Premier League tonight, and the Hammers fans were all saying the same thing about the performance of Mohammed Kudus.
The 2024/25 campaign has been an incredibly difficult one for Mohammed Kudus, and it’s fair to say that the West Ham forward has regressed badly over the past six months or so.
Things have improved slightly for him since Graham Potter took over at the London Stadium at the start of January.
However, he’s still been nowhere near his best.
Potter recently described West Ham star Mohammed Kudus as an ‘unbelievable talent’, and when he’s on form, he can be unplayable.

He surprised everyone after the win over Arsenal in February by highlighting how seriously he takes his defensive duties and the emphasis he places on team ethic.
Kudus’s biggest weakness is his annoying habit of holding onto the ball for far too long.
He did that against Newcastle on Monday night on numerous occasions, and he needs to pull his socks up quickly.
West Ham fans are all saying same thing about Mohammed Kudus
The former Ajax man has openly admitted that he hasn’t been anywhere near his best for the Hammers this season.
And it was very much the same old story for the Hammers attacker against the Magpies.
West Ham fans swarmed social media and aired their frustrations with the Ghanaian.
One West Ham fan mocked Kudus for his reluctance to pass the football, “Does Kudus realise he is allowed to pass the ball?“
Whilst a second fan echoed the same sentiment, “Kudus pass the ball challenge (impossible).“
A third Hammers supporter made his feelings on the Ghanaian very clear indeed, “Kudus is the worst player ever to think he’s good.“
Meanwhile, a fourth Hammer shared his pain at watching Kudus play, “Watching Kudus play atm is actually quite painful.“
A fifth suggested that Kudus should have been hauled off at half-time, “Kudus off for Paqueta at half time.“
And then a sixth West Ham fan was incredibly harsh in his assessment of the former Ajax man, “Kudus is absolutely dreadful.“
Whilst a seventh X user poked fun at Kudus’s poor team ethic, “Does Kudus know he has 10 teammates?“
Meanwhile, an eighth West Ham fan wanted the 24-year-old hauled off, “I’ve had it with Kudus. Get him off.“
I make all of those fans bang on the money.
The Ghana international hasn’t been anywhere near good enough for us this season, and he needs to improve sharpish.
Shocking Mohammed Kudus stats says it all
Kudus has been at the London Stadium for 18 months now.

Incredibly, Mohammed Kudus is still yet to score a winner for West Ham in that time.
That’s quite simply not good enough is it, considering his incredible ability.
Julen Lopetegui’s doomed reign clearly affected the 24-year-old badly, but he desperately needs to find his mojo again.
West Ham are obviously a much better team when Mohammed Kudus is firing on all cylinders, but we just haven’t seen that anywhere near enough this season.
His tally of three goals and two assists this season tells us all we need to know (Transfermarkt).
