Video shows West Ham were inexplicably denied a clear penalty for a Liverpool foul on Jarrod Bowen at Anfield.
West Ham have always struggled to get results at Liverpool.
And historically West Ham have rarely had decisions in their favour away to Liverpool either.
The advent of VAR in the Premier League should ensure there is a level of fairness and balance to that side of things.
That does not seem to have been the case in the Liverpool vs West Ham clash, though.

West Ham started the game very brightly indeed. Tomas Soucek and Michail Antonio wasted brilliant chances to give the visitors the lead.
But they went begging and Liverpool went in front after Nayef Aguerd gave away a penalty with a laboured trip on Mo Salah who duly converted from the spot.
West Ham were deservedly level just before half-time, though, when Jarrod Bowen scored a wonderful diving header from a Vladimr Coufal cross.

But they should have had the chance to level sooner.
Because, as the footage in the post below shows, West Ham were denied a stonewall penalty when Alexis Mac Allister tripped Bowen in the box and got nothing of the ball.
There was no indication of a VAR check as West Ham’s players protested to no avail.
But the footage shows Liverpool got away with one. And West Ham were made to pay in the second half when Liverpool scored twice to seal victory.
Whether there were issues with connection between the VAR hub and referee Chris Kavanagh must be investigated.
David Moyes was apoplectic on the sidelines at the failure to award a penalty which could have changed the course of the game.
And seeing these replays will do nothing to improve his mood.
As reported by Hammers News, the game was bizarrely delayed for five minutes due to technical issues with the official’s equipment.
